Creative England and the Creative Industries federation are joining forces in 2020 and are looking for someone to fill this fast-paced and exciting role operating at the heart of our business support programmes. This varied role is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to develop their skills and broaden their experience across project management within the creative sector.

Our programme coordinator will ensure the business receives high-quality support and services across programme delivery .
Your core responsibilities will be to contribute and support ‘Creative Enterprise’, our BFI-funded programme aimed at supporting diverse talent across moving image.

Personal Specification:
– Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role, in a fast-paced environment
– Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
– The ability to liaise with and support creative people with varying degrees of experience.
– Ability to respect confidentiality of information
– Strong attention to detail and deadlines
– A proactive approach – the ability to exercise effective judgment and use own initiative.
– An excellent communicator - able to build relationships and work well with internal and external stakeholders
– Driven and passionate about what you do
– Some travel across the English regions may be required
