Thrive is inviting applications for new board members. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to make a significant impact, gain experience in the charity sector, and expand their network across various industries. Board members enjoy a range of benefits, including the chance to drive change, networking opportunities, a platform to be heard, and the unique aspect of fun in the governance process.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can contribute in areas such as Financial Understanding, People and Culture, Placemaking, Research, and connections within the Irish Arts and/or Heritage sectors. Thrive is committed to accessible, inclusive recruitment processes and aims to enhance its diversity.

An open evening for prospective members will be held at the Crescent Arts Centre on Tuesday 13th February, 5–6pm. Alternatively, candidates can contact CEO Fiona Bell for a discussion.

Application involves downloading and completing a form, and the Non-Executive Director information pack, to be submitted by 5pm on Thursday 22nd February 2024. Blind shortlisting will occur on Monday 26th February, with interviews scheduled for the week commencing 4th March 2024.
