Claudia Schwab (fiddle/vocals) Soof Nikritin (guitar/vocals) Claudia and Soof first met at the Etno Histeria gathering in Slovenia in 2015, a get-together of musicians from all over the world who share each others musics and ways of being in an intense period of living and playing together in a remote village in the South of Slovenia. Diving into soundscapes of diverse loved folk traditions and their own original material, in this intimate duo setting, Claudia and Soof explore their common love for odd meters, folk music and vocal harmonies. Bulgarian dance tunes and Moroccan folk songs meet North Indian classical-inspired compositions, Austrian yodels and Armenian folk grooves.
