Take A Part Carlow (TAPC) wishes to invite applications from artists for a new Artist Residency programme for 2021.

The aim of the programme is to appoint several socially-engaged artists in one-day residency workshops, engaging with the community of the Tullow Road in Carlow.

The proposed residency will offer the artist/artists the time to develop a short project, explore their ideas, and experiment with their techniques and art practice engaging with the local community.

TAPC will undertake these one-day residences during mid-August and early September 2021, outdoors and socially distanced on the community green spaces of the estates around the Tullow Road area.

This opportunity is open to socially engaged artists at any stage of their artistic career and working in any art form.
