The Royal Academy of Music is hiring a Musical Theatre Programme Head.

The Musical Theatre Programme Manager will be an experienced HE practitioner who will work closely with the Gatsby Chair of Musical Theatre and senior managers to plan, execute and deliver a transformation of departmental offerings. They will be responsible for the Quality Assurance, including all programme and course documentation.

They will be responsible for, and contribute towards, the daily tutorial support for Musical Theatre students, working with the Dean of Students and student support staff to promote the wellbeing of the students. They will work with the Registrar and other Registry staff to oversee MT assessment processes and other daily aspects of the student lifecycle. They will assist the Gatsby Chair of Musical Theatre in managing departmental teaching staff and will take the lead in departmental staff training.
