
Part-Time Administrator
Sing Ireland is seeking a part-time Administrator.
This position involves a range of administrative tasks, event coordination, and supporting programme delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating meetings, and assisting with event logistics. Additionally, they will be expected to help develop and implement digital marketing strategies, update the website and social media channels, and maintain the organisation’s database. The role also includes supporting the financial administration of the organisation, including invoicing and expense tracking, as well as collaborating closely with the team on various projects.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have proven administrative experience, ideally in the arts or non-profit sector, along with strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and social media platforms is essential. Experience with website content management and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also required. An interest in choral music or the arts is desirable, as is familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
The position is offered on a part-time (0.8 FTE) basis with a salary of €25,600 per annum pro rata. The contract is initially for 12 months, with the expectation of continuation beyond this period. The role will be primarily remote, though attendance at events and meetings, including residential courses at the University of Limerick, will be required. The successful candidate will begin in March or April 2025.
