The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra is hiring a Head of Philanthropy.

The purpose of the Head of Philanthropy role is to drive a step-change in the level of major giving to the CBSO. The orchestra aims to secure at least £2m-£4m in incremental revenue from major donors over the next five years, and this senior role will play a pivotal role in achieving these targets. The successful candidate will be the principal driver, alongside the Director of Development, of the further development of a major gift fundraising function and culture within the CBSO, building on the existing solid foundation.
