
Programme Officer
Dance Ireland, the national dance development organisation of Ireland, is inviting applications for the position of Programme Officer. The organisation stands as a representative body for professional dance in Ireland, creating a programme of work that engages the public and supports professionals across age, experience, and genre. Through DanceHouse and collaborations, Dance Ireland promotes dance as an art form, an enjoyable activity, and nurtures professional practice. They extend dedicated support to members comprising professionals, students, and other arts professionals involved with dance, movement, or choreography.
The Programme Officer will play a crucial role in the communication and execution of Dance Ireland’s vision, ensuring effective delivery of programme activities. Candidates must possess strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills and demonstrate an understanding of the needs of professional and pre-professional artists and organisations.
