Abbey Theatre is now accepting applications for Open Auditions.

The auditions will take place on Wednesday 18, Thursday 19 and Friday 20 December at the Abbey Theatre.
Auditions are by application and appointment only.

How to Apply
– Please submit a performance CV and recent headshot to casting [at] abbeytheatre.ie.
– The deadline for applications is Friday 15 November at 5pm.
– An auto-response will be sent to let you know that your application was successfully received.
– All applicants will be notified by Friday 29 November however we cannot guarantee every actor a place.

The Auditions
Actors who are invited to audition will be asked to prepare two contrasting monologues, no longer than 3 minutes each.

One of these should be in your own accent (the actual piece does not have to have been written in your accent) and one should be from an Irish writer.
