Firkin Crane dance company in Cork is hiring a General Manager.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, curious, flexible, efficient, dedicated and detail-orienter, with excellent organisational skills to fill the role of General Manager. This is a new, full-time senior management role reporting to, and working closely with the Executive Artistic Director, to support the delivery of Firkin Crane’s strategic and artistic goals and ambitions.

A minimum of five years work experience is necessary, with experience of managing teams and budgets, and contract negotiation; previous experience of bookkeeping and financial management is also required. Candidates must have previous experience and understanding of building/operations management, have experience working in an arts centre or within an arts environment and have previous experience of HR Management.
