PRS Foundation is hiring an Administrator to provide support to the Foundation team, managing payments and specific budget areas, and ensuring the smooth running of the office and its grant-making activities; plus providing administrative support to the CEO.

PRS is looking for an efficient and enthusiastic administrator who is passionate about music and interested in supporting the work of an ambitious and independent charitable Foundation. You will have proven finance, organisational, communication, and IT skills in a similar or related environment.

You will have a broad and up-to date knowledge of new music and the challenges that music creators are facing in the current climate. You will be excited about the opportunity of contributing to a small, dynamic organisation. You will be able to work effectively in a busy, hands-on role.

As a Foundation employee, you will be expected to operate as a collaborative, inclusive and respectful team player, championing and keeping up to date with the broad range of programmes the Foundation delivers whilst inspiring colleagues to support and champion the work you are directly responsible for.
