An adventurous celebration of music of all kinds, BIG BANG Dublin! encourages curiosity and musical discovery with outstanding music performances and intriguing installations from Ireland and abroad.

Meet Ed, Andreea and James, three totally different people with one thing in common – they are crazy about music and sound. The Ark and Music Network present a new music show for ages 6+ composed by Brian Irvine and directed by Wouter Van Looy.

Concert - Tiny Trad
2 APR 2022
Join traditional musicians Fiona Kelleher and Caoimhin Vallely for a gentle toe-tapping performance of traditional songs and music especially for little ears to enjoy. Fiona is known as a singer and performer for young audiences, and Caoimhin is one of the most interesting piano players on the Irish Music scene.

A Piece of You

Imagine telling a story about yourself and then having it turned into a piece of music. A Piece of You is a private concert for one or two children and their family.

Discovery Trail: Music Rooms

This guided musical trail will introduce to you three fresh family music performances in three different spaces in The Ark and Filmbase.
