The Director will take a leading role in developing the public profile of music performance at Cambridge, and will drive fundraising and development opportunities, with University support.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to cultivate opportunity and to build effective relationships with students, practitioners, academic and professional staff across the collegiate University.
