The University of Cambridge is hiring a Director of the Centre for Music Performance. The Director will lead and realise an ambitious plan to expand the visibility, scale, ambition and reach of music performance at Cambridge.

The Director will take a leading role in developing the public profile of music performance at Cambridge, and will drive fundraising and development opportunities, with University support.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to cultivate opportunity and to build effective relationships with students, practitioners, academic and professional staff across the collegiate University. With a keen awareness of the arts environment in the UK and abroad, you will be confident in connecting with local, national and regional organisations and will have a personal and professional profile consistent with the demands of the role.
