The Barbican Centre seeks an Audience Experience Administrator, who will provide wide-ranging administrative support to the centre management team. The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational and time management skills to work well within a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

You will be responsible for the department’s invoicing and purchasing systems as well as maintaining databases and producing reports. You will need to be a confident and excellent communicator, liaising with people at all levels both within the organisation and externally.

You should have demonstrable previous administrative experience, preferably gained whilst working within and supporting a large team and have excellent IT skills. It is essential that you have a commitment to providing a first class customer experience and an interest and understanding of arts organisations or Front of House functions is highly desirable.
