Arts and Heritage Grants

Belfast City Council is inviting applications for its Arts and Heritage Grants, tailored for organisations with a recurrent, year-round programme. The investment isn’t suitable for short-term projects or single events.

There are two types:

Four-Year Grants: Minimum £30,000/year, with a maximum of either 10% of the organisation’s turnover or £150,000/year, averaging at about £90,000/year.

Two-Year Grants: Minimum £10,000/year, up to 25% of the organisation’s turnover or £50,000/year, average grant expected to be £20,000/year.

Eligibility: Organisations must have a Belfast operational focus, legal constitution, not-for-profit status, a management board, a dedicated bank account, good financial standing, and comply with legal requirements.
