Applications are invited for the post of Choral Music Administrator in the Department of Music.

The role of the post is to assist the Choral Music Department in the management and promotion of Chapel Choir activities at Royal Holloway.

The successful candidate will assist in the management of concerts and other events, the management of CD stock and library material. The appointed candidate will also manage routine financial matters, including processing invoices, making purchase orders and handling cash.

This post would ideally suit a recent graduate looking to broaden their experience of arts administration. A good understanding of choirs and their repertoire is essential. The successful candidate will have good IT and communication skills; experience of DTP and website maintenance would be an advantage. The post would involve learning new web-based systems for finance and web-management, for which most training is self-managed through online resources. The ability to work flexible hours is essential as the Administrator would ideally be available to work unusual hours for concerts and other events.

This is a part-time post, requiring an applicant available from 19th September for a fixed term period of three months to cover a vacant post. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
