Fees and Awards Manager
The Royal Academy of Music is seeking a Fees and Awards Manager to join the Finance team. You will be responsible for the professional and effective management, collection and recording of student tuition fees, and the payment and application of student scholarships and bursaries which fund fees and maintenance. You will also work closely with colleagues in the Registry and Development departments, to ensure that all student financial awards are up to date and accurate.
To be successful in this busy role it is important that you have previous experience in a similar or related role and have worked with students in a support or advisory capacity. A high level of customer service and responsiveness is key, as is an ability to deal sensitively with students. You will have demonstrable knowledge of the UK Higher Education sector and the ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload. You will have excellent communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders and a desire to improve processes.
