Kilkenny Arts Festival is Ireland’s oldest multidisciplinary festival, and one of Europe’s significant artistic events. For five decades it has brought some of the world’s leading artists to the beautiful historic spaces of Ireland’s medieval city each August. Known in particular for its music programme, the Festival spans a wide range of performing arts, literature and ideas, visual art, craft and design.

Reporting to the Festival Director, this experienced arts producer will take lead responsibility for producing the Festival programme.

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in one of Europe’s significant festivals at an exciting time of artistic and organisational development.
