OOAL and Strange Brew Sez:

Two of the West Coast’s grandest labels (hereby referred to as OOASB, figure it out) have combined forces to unleash one of 2019’s most unexpected, yet somehow most eagerly anticipated Quadruple A-side Single Releases. Both label honchos are respectively delighted with this news. Now let’s let the artists fill you in on the details…

After a busy 2018 tackling the festival circuit, playing his first shows abroad and releasing “The Back of Her” song and video to great acclaim, 2019 sees the release of another Junior Brother single ahead of a debut album set for release later this year. ‘Full of Wine’ will be unleashed as part of a split cassette release with fellow Munster rascals PowPig, joining last year’s ‘The Back of Her’ to form one side of the tape. This split release will be available in both physical and online formats - The cassette release will also be accompanied by a triumphant PowPig Junior Brother TOUR of Galway, Dublin and Limerick - Ire’s Land won’t know what hit her. Holy Cattle! Here come the good times.

After a hectic first year where we graced the cover of Vogue, recorded an MTV Unplugged session, won multiple Grammy, Oscar, Nobel and Pulitzer Prizes for our EPs “Denture Adventure” and “Buzz Buzz”, we are delighted to announce the release of two new songs, ‘Mayday’ and ‘Pretty Woman’ as part of a Quadruple A-side Single with Junior Brother! They will be released online and on cassettes, because vinyl is yesterday’s game x x

We’re also VERY, VERY EXCITED to be touring with previously mentioned notorious bad boy Junior Brother on a WORLD WIDE TOUR, taking on Dublin, Galway AND Limerick!!! It’s lovely, as Junior Brother does indeed feel like our younger brother, despite being 70 years our senior, and it’s great to have such an amazing uncle to tour the world with.
