The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon will open applications for the Literature Bursary Award: Irish Language – Round 2 on Tuesday 20 May 2025. This bursary is available to individual writers working in the Irish language and is intended to support the development of their artistic practice. The maximum award available is €20,000. The closing date for applications is Thursday 19 June 2025 at 17:30. Guidelines and templates will be available approximately two weeks before the opening date.
