The English Folk Dance and Song Society (EFDSS) is currently seeking to appoint a new voluntary Chair of the Board to lead the organisation in its next phase of development.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for and support of the aims of EFDSS. They should also have a firm belief in the transformative power of culture and education to enrich and improve people’s lives. Applicants for this position should bring extensive senior leadership experience in a non-executive capacity. Excellent communication and ambassadorial skills are crucial, along with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
