The Avoca String Quartet is one of Ireland’s finest, most versatile and established string quartets. Based in Dublin, the Avoca String Quartet are in high demand for performances throughout Ireland as well as around the globe. Each member of the Avoca String Quartet are highly sought after professional solo artists, chamber musicians, orchestral players and recording artists. The Avoca String Quartet perform concerts, recitals, events and corporate functions throughout Ireland including being the resident string players for Irish acts such as Kodaline and Gavin James to name but a few.

The members of Avoca String quartet are regular performers in both RTE Radio and Television studios while also frequently touring in the United States of America, throughout Asia and Europe.

The Avoca String Quartet enjoy performing a vastly wide repertoire of music from baroque and classical to jazz, popular and contemporary music.
