The Royal College of Music is seeking an experienced musician and educator to provide excellent programme coordination for its flagship BMus programme. The postholder will ensure that the BMus programme runs smoothly for students and staff by coordinating programme communication, academic support, and student feedback mechanisms.

You will be an experienced educator with a passion for improving the undergraduate student experience. You will have strong understanding of learning and teaching issues in UK higher education and significant experience of teaching in higher education, in any field of music. You will have an understanding of diverse student needs in the conservatoire and imaginative ideas for enhancing the student experience through collaboration, consultation, and innovation.

This is an operational and student-facing teaching and coordination role which involves significant on-site working during term-time.
