Project Prelude – Professional Development Opportunity

Project Prelude is a professional development opportunity presented by Fidelio Trio in collaboration with the Contemporary Music Centre and Glasdrum, and in partnership with Fidelio Trio Winter Chamber Music Festival 2020.

An exciting opportunity to write one minute Preludes for either solo violin, solo cello, or solo piano. These pieces will be workshopped over Zoom live with composers and Fidelio Trio members: Darragh Morgan Violin, Tim Gill Cello, Mary Dullea Piano.

Composers selected will also have an opportunity to observe the other workshopped pieces for alternate instruments.

If selected for this project, pieces must be completed and delivered by 15 November 2020. This piece to be workshopped must adhere to the duration of 1 minute. This opportunity is open to any composer born in or based on the island of Ireland.
