The Royal Academy of Music is currently seeking a Research Officer to work with managers and relevant academic staff to contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the Academy’s research environment. You will organise, maintain and develop content for the research pages on the Academy’s website and will promote Academy research more widely, including on social media.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience as an administrator in Higher Education with knowledge of research landscape in relation to performing arts along with ability to generate, organise and edit website content. You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to relate effectively with staff and students from a wide range of backgrounds, be an energetic and a committed individual with the clarity of purpose to coordinate the contributions of many stakeholders, and the curiosity to develop your experience, skills and knowledge to meet the challenges of the post.

The successful candidate would be expected on-site for a minimum of two days per week as per the hybrid working policy.
