Intermusica is hiring a Manager, International Touring.

As a member of this extremely busy department, your role includes, but is not limited to:
– Researching and booking hotel and travel arrangements up to a year in advance for groups of varied sizes
– Processing visa and work permits
– Creating tour schedules and inputting information into Intermusica’s database (Overture)
– Closely liaising with orchestra and artist managements regarding arrangements
– Producing financial paperwork (including budgets, invoices, statements & financial summaries)
Negotiating accommodation contracts and seeking quotes for logistic arrangements
– Collating publicity materials from orchestras
– Collaborating with Intermusica’s Marketing department to write website news stories and maintenance of the International Touring online presence
– This role will include representing Intermusica at concerts and industry events, and will require the ability to work flexible hours and to travel throughout the UK and abroad, as required
