Traditional Singing Recital @ Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy / Willie Clancy Summer School 2021 – Online Programme

Traditional Singing Recital @ Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy / Willie Clancy Summer School 2021 – Online Programme

Friday, 9 July 2021, 7.00pm

The 49th annual Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy (SSWC) will be a virtual one in 2021. The organising committee had hoped that the pandemic would have played itself out by July 2021 but obviously this will not be the case. Therefore, under the circumstances, the online route is the safe way to present our programme and maintain our presence on the Irish traditional music landscape.

In order to defray some of the costs of running the 49th Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy there will be a fee of €60 for the week’s tuition, and a fee of €10 to view any one of the seven pre-recorded events on the programme.

Registration for tuition is now open. Please go to https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/156504833169 and click on the Register button. Tickets for the pre-recorded events are also available on this link.

See the full programme below. You can also download a pdf of the programme below. We look forward to your participation in SSWC 2021.
