Equaliser Mentorship Programme
Applications are currently open for the new Equaliser Mentorship Programme presented by Serious and Black Lives in Music (BLiM) in partnership with the Barbican Centre and Royal Albert Hall.
This programme aims to support live sound professionals from global majority backgrounds, offering hands-on paid work experience within the live sound teams at these iconic venues. Applicants must be based in the UK, have at least one year of production or engineering experience, and be available for the residency dates. Participants will engage in live sound work, receive long-term mentorship, and attend seminars and networking events throughout the year. The programme also includes a five-day artistic residency in the Cotswolds with the Take Five cohort.
Applications close on 29 November.
