Following their latest release “Abrazo” in 2020, the unique European jazz duo Peirani & Parisien return to the EFG London Jazz Festival, with an exclusive performance filmed in Paris.

After collaborating on various projects together, the duo of established stars of the French jazz scene has become one of the outstanding line-ups in European jazz, presenting a passionate combination of accordion and soprano saxophone.

Their boundless curiosity and urge to grow together meld the duo Peirani & Parisien together and make them such a unique phenomenon. In “Abrazo”, the term takes on its full meaning while the French dream team “embraces” tango and jazz, as well their friendship.

Emile Parisien - Internationally acclaimed saxophonist Emile Parisien is seen as one of the most important protagonists of contemporary French jazz. Parisien continues to challenge and expand the jazz genre with his technical skills, great sensitivity and imagination.

Vincent Peirani - Award-winning jazz accordionist, vocalist and composer Vincent Peirani presents a unique approach to the language of accordion. Periani has dived into the world of jazz with a great success after a background in classical music.
