The Centre Culturel Irlandais (CCI) is currently accepting applications for its annual Artist Residency Programme, which aims to promote Ireland's contemporary culture internationally.

Eligibility is open to Irish citizens or individuals normally residing on the island of Ireland who have a professional background in creative practice. The residency period spans from September of the award year to June of the following year, with applications opening on 16 November 2023 and closing on 16 January 2024 at 5 pm Irish time.

This year, Music Network is sponsoring a one-month residency specifically for musicians looking to advance their performance careers. Musicians from all genres, resident in the Republic of Ireland, are eligible to apply. Applicants should meet the general criteria for CCI residencies and possess a valid PPS number as defined by the Revenue Commissioners.

The CCI, in collaboration with partner organisations, shares the costs of these month-long residencies. Applying for a partner-funded residency does not preclude consideration for a general CCI residency in the applicant's chosen field. Applicants will be notified of their application outcome by the end of March.
