Tyrone Guthrie Centre Bursary
Cork County Council is offering two bursaries for artists currently residing in Cork county to experience a two-week residency at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre, Annaghmakerrig, Co. Monaghan. This opportunity is open to artists from any discipline, aiming to support their creative endeavors.
To facilitate understanding of the bursary and residency scheme, Cork County Council’s Arts Office will conduct two information sessions. The first session, focusing on the bursary and residency scheme, is scheduled for 30 November 2023, while the second, an Arts Grants Information session, will be on 17 November 2023. Interested participants can register by emailing arts [at] corkcoco.ie.
In a move to enhance inclusivity, Cork County Council will, for the first time, accept video/audio submissions through their online portal. This initiative is designed to make the application process more accessible, and the Arts Office is prepared to provide additional support to those who require it.
Applications for the bursary are open from 10 November 2023 and will close on 9 January 2024. Detailed guidelines and further information about the bursary and the application process are available online.
