The Guildhall School of Music & Drama Development and Alumni Relations team seeks an experienced Development Manager to manage a portfolio of prospects and donors. The primary goal is to secure major gifts in support of the Guildhall School’s mission to cultivate exceptional creative artists and artistic citizens.

The position is highly target-driven, with an emphasis on funds obtained and the number of prospect interactions. The main focus will be on procuring donations from trusts and foundations, corporations, and livery companies.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in major gifts fundraising and achieving personal income targets, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines is also essential. Experience working with a diverse range of prospects, particularly those interested in higher education and the performing arts, would be advantageous.
