
Team Administrator with Reception Duties
Circusful is recruiting a Team Administrator with Reception Duties to support the organisation’s administrative, customer service, and monitoring processes.
The role is office-based in Belfast, 30 hours per week, with a salary of £21,978 pro-rata.
Responsibilities include reception duties, class enrolment support, CRM (Salesforce) administration, data reporting, financial transactions, and general office support.
Applicants must have experience working in a busy office environment, handling enquiries, using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and presenting monitoring data. Familiarity with Salesforce and the charity or arts sector is desirable.
