Part time (20 hours per week), starting 1st September 2021

Title: Programme Assistant / Assistant Producer

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director/Programme Manager to provide the delivery of Riverbank Arts Centre’s artistic programme and touring shows. Working closely with the Riverbank team to ensure coordinated planning and management of the artistic programme.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Producing & administrative support for Riverbank Arts Centre’s programme including exhibitions, live events, online events, touring shows and schools’ programme.

Oversee drafting of all contracts, memorandums and other correspondence for productions, artists, co-producers and venues as agreed with the Director/Programme Manager.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
Project Management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Confidence with the relevant IT platforms
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Duration: This role is a Part time, Fixed Term Contract for a three month period starting 1st Sept

Programme Assistant / Assistant Producer will be based in Riverbank Arts Centre as necessary and at other times they will work remotely.

Fee: €4500 Fixed Term Three month contract, 20 hour week.

Start date: The successful candidate must be able to start on Wednesday 1st September, 2021

Outside working hours: The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends (as required).

Screening: All employees are required to be compliant with Riverbank Arts Centre’s Garda vetting procedures.
