Musicians Union invites applications for the role of North of England Membership Services Assistant.

As a Membership Services Assistant you’ll work with the Membership Services Team across the UK and alongside the staff in the Regional Office. You’ll play a vital role in delivering services to members by assuming responsibility for membership and regional office administration.

You’ll be the first point of contact for members and non-members in relation to their membership, working to achieve objectives within the MU’s recruitment and retention strategy. You’ll communicate regularly with members to advise them on matters relating to their membership, as well as providing general administrative support to the Regional Office.

To apply for this role, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills, have good attention to detail, experience of processes and procedures within a membership services organisation, and have demonstratable knowledge of using initiative and prioritising workload.

Knowledge of the music industry would be an advantage.
