The Royal College of Music (RCM) is seeking a Marketing Manager – Events.

The Marketing Manager – Events plays a crucial role in devising creative marketing campaigns for the annual season of online and in-person events. This is an exciting time to join the RCM as the institution expands its online concert programme and digital content production.

The role also leads on digital marketing activity including driving RCM’s social media presence, developing our email marketing strategy and evolving our alumni publication, Upbeat. The role also supports the delivery of high-profile communications in print and digital format and jointly manages the RCM brand.

The successful candidate will have proven success in arts marketing, including building audience and engagement for both in-person and online arts events. They will also have experience of working on digital marketing campaigns and content production. You will be accustomed to the pressure of rapidly evolving situations and excited at the prospect of working in an environment of unparalleled musical riches and inspiring artistic achievement.
