Celebrated in Ireland and throughout Europe for their exquisite performances and recordings of baroque music, the Swiss/Irish duo of Maya Homburger and Malcolm Proud bring this bespoke programme to Galway for our Bach season. Biber and Schmelzer form a link between the compositions of the Italian violin virtuosi of the first half of the 17th century and the violin music of Bach.
