Head of Diversity
UK Music is hiring a Head of Diversity.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, Deputy CEO & Director of Public Affairs, the membership, and the UK Music Diversity Taskforce as the Head of Diversity, you will be responsible for the project management of the diversity strategy outputs, including the bi-annual Diversity reports, insights papers, events, and activities. Provide secretariat support to the UK Music Diversity Taskforce and tactical and practical DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) support to UK Music membership, as needed.
For this newly crafted role, the team is looking for a confident and proactive individual able to lead on the shaping, development, and implementation of the overall diversity strategy, with the aim to boost diversity, inclusion, and intersectionality in the music industry.
