Hosted as part of the 2019 Clonmel Junction Arts Festival.

An exciting and innovative new digital arts collective that has been assembled specifically for the Clonmel Arts Festival. Their performance on Friday July 5th at the Main Guard promises to be a unique experience - a chamber musical ensemble in which the instruments are laptop computers, the notes aren’t read from a score but generated by computer code and accompanied by an immersive and interactive light show.

Members of the group come from technology, music and digital arts background and bring their diverse talents together to create something unlike any traditional music performance. Clonmel Laptop Ensemble are Aoibhín de Souza, Sarah Loh, Padraig McGrath, Michael Jones, Eamon O’Malley and John O’Dwyer.​
