Join Andreea Banciu, violist from RTÉ ConTempo Quartet and Aileen Cahill, pianist, for an evening of beautiful music that celebrates the life and music of virtuoso pianist Clara Schumann, for the 200th anniversary of her birth year.

The programme will include works of her own composition, as well as a selection by the two men that she inspired and supported her whole life - Robert Schumann and Johannes Brahms. With three works for viola and piano (Robert Schumann "Märchenbilder", Clara Schumann "3 Romances" and Brahms E flat major Sonata op 120, no 2) with a work for solo piano by Clara Schumann.
