The Conservatoire is looking for an experienced, organised, and inspiring full-time Curriculum Manager to join our well-established BA (Hons) Music (Popular) programme. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of popular music pedagogy and experience delivering popular music modules in higher education. You should be able to demonstrate significant evidence of research and/or practice relating to popular music and possess postgraduate qualifications in a related area. It would be especially beneficial to have experience of analytical or cultural study of popular music.

Ambitious and driven, you will make a significant contribution to the design, delivery, and management of this innovative BA (Hons) Music (Popular) programme and will work closely with Programme Leader and other Curriculum Managers to continue the development and success of the programme. You will have strong management skills and will help to line manage our team of part-time teaching staff. As the role involves both teaching and management skills, time-management and organisational skills are fundamental. You will help represent the Conservatoire nationally and internationally and will maintain and establish collaborative ties with external partners.
