Memories And Melodies: An evening with Jean Farrell - Writer of The Six Marys

Thursday, 1 October 2020, 8.00pm

An evening with Jean Farrell is a nostalgic look at life in Ireland, during the 1950s and '60s.

The show is a trip down memory lane remembering happy times when we were young and innocent, full of hopes and dreams.

Hear about mothers of ten and more. Recall the wonderful dance halls, filled with music and song, youth and vitality.

Stories from the past are interwoven with lovely Irish ballads and songs we learnt in school long ago.

The show is very evocative, funny and poignant.

Written and presented by Jean Farrell.  Singer: Ursula Hanley.
