Assistant Producer Accelerator Programme

BBC Studios is looking for Researchers who want to take the next step and become the next generation of stand-out Assistant Producers, as part of their Accelerator Programme.

The programme is designed to take 14 skilled Researchers from across the industry, and will be a 12 month funded training programme within BBC Studios Production. The programme consists of a combination of bespoke training alongside practical on the job experience embedded within a genre for the year. Throughout the scheme there will be three training events per month, including workshops and masterclasses by industry leaders.

By the end of the programme, the Researchers will be prepped with the skills and knowledge ready to make the step up to Assistant Producer.
