The BBC Production Apprentice Scheme is a fantastic introduction to working in the media world and to learning how to create content for TV, radio, online and social media. We are currently looking for brilliant new talent, from the broadest range of backgrounds, to join our production teams across a wide range of output.

If you want to help shape the BBC of the future, and if you want your voice to be heard, then this scheme could be a great place for you to start your career in broadcasting!

It doesn’t matter where your passion and enthusiasm come from, we want your voice to help us tell amazing and exciting stories.

If you have a passion for telling stories, if you’re highly motivated and if you’ve got bags of enthusiasm, then we want to hear from you.

And we want you to help us make sure the BBC continues to create outstanding, thought-provoking content for all of our wide-ranging audiences.

We want you to help us carry on making fresh, ground-breaking content across our TV, radio, online and social media platforms and to help us bring in new audiences, new viewers and new listeners to the BBC.

What’s on offer?
A 12 month fixed-term contract paying £14,250 per year, those based in London will receive £18,932.

Industry training delivered by the BBC Academy from specialists and senior BBC and freelance production staff. Level 3 apprenticeship delivered by industry-experienced training providers.
