Good morning my friends - so I’m a little uncomfortable writing this but if I’ve learned anything I know it is best to get it out and say what’s going on.
I had planned for a live stream tonight on Instagram- I really adore doing them, singing and chatting, it’s over a year since I’ve ventured anywhere. The feedback and just connecting with the outside world has been so helpful for me. I’m so grateful to you.
Unfortunately I’ve been having a rough few weeks. Like everyone I’m sure. I’ve been struggling badly.
I’ve been feeling I’m running on fumes.
I honestly would not be able to do the live stream, in that way that I’ve grown to love.
If you’re feeling that you can’t cope- please reach out because the help is there. There is no shame in this.
