The London Piano Festival’s Artistic Directors Charles Owen and Katya Apekisheva showcase their solo playing and special collaboration as duo partners in a wide ranging programme featuring piano music inspired by Nature and Mankind.

Exquisite works by Liszt and Grieg capture the essence of the Romantic spirit, while the duo come together for Poulec’s glittering Sonata for two pianos and Ravel’s heady La Valse. Invigorating solo pieces by LPF ‘Composer in Residence’ Jonathan Dove complete the evening.

This concert is part of the London Piano Festival which runs from 2 - 6 October 2019.
