The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is inviting emerging composers to join its 2023/24 Soundhub programme. This initiative offers a conducive environment for composers to explore, collaborate, and experiment. They will receive access to essential resources and guidance from industry professionals, LSO members, and staff.

The programme is open to composers of varied musical approaches and backgrounds, especially those from historically under-represented groups, including ethnically diverse, women, non-binary, disabled, and those from non-classical traditions. LSO Soundhub supports the Sound and Music’s Fair Access Principles.

Interested individuals can apply to be a Member or an Associate. Members will need to submit an online application, a CV, and two contrasting scores. Associates will provide an online application and CV. The application deadline is Monday, 9 October 2023 at 4pm GMT.
