Box Office and Customer Service Agents - Part-Time/Casual Three Month Contract

The National Concert Hall are currently recruiting to fill vacancies in its Box office sales and customer service team

Job Purpose

To process and support ticket sales across all channels
To respond and support customer service queries
To support sales of gift cards, memberships and other merchandise

Reports to: Box Office Management Team

Responsibilities

Processing all ticket sales, gift card sales and other products as necessary through the Box Office
To act as an information source for customers and deal with queries relating to concerts, events and activities taking place at the Hall
To provide the highest standard of customer service and customer care at all times
Database maintenance on ticketing system
Payment reconciliation at end of day
To maintain the professional and corporate image of NCH at all times.
To undertake any other box office duties which may be requested by the Box Office Management Team.

What we are looking for?

If you have an interest in working at Ireland’s home of music, we would love to hear from you. This role requires candidates who have an interest and experience in customer service, have strong IT skills and fluent written and spoken English. Experience working with any ticketing system and / or a basic knowledge of the Irish language are desirable.

This is a fixed term 3 month casual contract, hours are variable and cannot be guaranteed.

Hourly rate €14.13. Working hours can fall between 9.30am and 11pm
Applicants must be available daytime, evenings and weekends
