Customer Service Coordinator
Glyndebourne is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the onsite box office, membership and customer service team for the 2022 Glyndebourne ticketing & festival season.
Under the direction of the Ticketing Services Manager, the position will involve working 5 days per week on a roster between Monday to Sunday.
You will need previous experience of working in a sales and customer service environment; a good working knowledge of computer systems and web technologies; excellent keyboard skills (a minimum of 50 wpm) and a commitment to reaching targets within set time frames.
Forming part of the Customer Service team, as a Customer Service Coordinator you will play a key role in the allocation of Festival tickets to Glyndebourne’s 10,000+ Members via a database-led computer ballot system.
In addition to ticketing services, the role also involves providing exceptional customer service to our audience by phone, email and in person; recording ticketing and marketing data in an analytical and robust fashion; personal financial responsibility and accountability; supporting a range of Membership services and a variety of general office administration tasks using Tessitura software, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and related software.
