Administration Officer

Friday, 4 June 2021, 5.00pm

Music Generation was established in 2010 with a mission to create inspiring experiences for children and young people through music. Eleven years on Music Generation has been established as Ireland’s national music education programme, underpinned by the belief in the capacity of music education to transform the lives of children and young people. Through its network of partnerships in 28 cities and counties in Ireland, it creates some 67,000 opportunities each year for children and young people to access high-quality, subsidised performance music education.

To support the work of its National Development Office (NDO), Music Generation is now seeking applications for a motivated and ambitious Administration Officer to join the team on what will initially be a fixed-term contract (August 2021–December 2022).

Reporting to the Head of Quality, Support and Development (QSD), this role will provide a high standard of administrative and project support across a range of activities for the QSD function of the organisation. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to work as part of a small but dynamic and ambitious team at an exciting time of development for performance music education in Ireland.
